We eat Pizza fairly often (once a week or a fortnight at least). My kids have their favorite topping: spiced tomato sauce, canned mushrooms, salami and grated cheese. I’m tired of this kind of topping so I vary from time to time, eg. onions and garlic.
For the 2 year anniversary I choosed spiced tomato sauce, tomatoes and greek feta cheese.
For the dough I use for two pizzas:
21 g of fresh yeast
250 g all purpose flour
150 g luke warm water
1 pinch of salt
1 splash of olive oil
