Den Reis in Salzwasser 20 min bi&szlig;fest kochen.<\/p>\n<p>2. In der Zwischenzeit Essig, &Ouml;l, Salz und Pfeffer zu einer So&szlig;e r&uuml;hren.<\/p>\n<p>3. Die Zwiebel w&uuml;rfeln, Paprika und Sellerie putzen, waschen und in kleine Scheiben schneiden. Die Tomaten achteln, die Champignons und Peperoni putzen und in Scheibchen schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>4.
